As a retired U.S. Capitol Police Officer, Domenico applies his 25 years of integrity, experience, knowledge, and skills in problem-solving, risk assessment, surveillance, and crisis management to preserving and maintaining one of your most valuable assets.
Domenico has earned recognition as a Certified Home Watch Professional through rigorous training and certification. His law enforcement background provides unique insights into security and property protection that few home watch professionals can match.
Julie brings her 21 years of experience as an attorney for the federal government to work behind the scenes, scheduling home visits, coordinating maintenance service providers, delivering detailed reports, and providing timely communication, all with honesty and transparency.
Her legal background ensures meticulous attention to detail in all documentation and compliance matters. Julie manages our HomeWatchIT inspection system, ensuring consistent, thorough property checks and comprehensive reporting for our clients.
Lorenzo brings his strong work-ethic, passion for people, and a commitment to service to Nest Watch clients. He is an Eagle Scout, student at the University of Central Florida studying Emergency Management Preparedness, and a licensed EMT pursuing a career in firefighting. His emergency response training ensures he's prepared to handle any situation that may arise at your property.
Lorenzo also specializes in pressure washing and exterior and interior window washing, providing these additional services to keep your property looking its best.
