The National Home Watch Association defines Home Watch as “The visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues.” NestWatch is a Home Watch service providing a professional property monitoring service for homeowners who are away from their residence for extended periods. Our trained professionals conduct regular inspections of your property to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

Our services begin at $50 but your service will be based on several factors, including a walk-through and any special requirements you identify. Trust us to safeguard your property and provide you with peace of mind.
What happens if you find a problem?
We immediately notify you of any issues discovered during our inspection. For urgent matters (like water leaks or security breaches), we'll take immediate action per your pre-approved instructions. For non-urgent issues, we'll provide recommendations and await your instructions.
Do you provide key holding services?
Yes, we offer secure key holding services. Your keys are stored in a secure, locked location with limited access. We can coordinate with other service providers (like landscapers or repair technicians) as needed while maintaining strict control over access to your property.
How do you handle hurricane season?
During hurricane season (June 1 - November 30), we offer special storm preparation services including installing hurricane shutters, securing outdoor furniture, and protecting vulnerable areas of your home. We also provide post-storm damage assessments and can coordinate repairs if needed.
Can you help coordinate repairs?
Absolutely. We maintain relationships with licensed, insured contractors in all trades and can coordinate repairs on your behalf. We'll obtain estimates, oversee the work, and provide documentation of all services performed.
What are your credentials?
NestWatch Home Watch proudly displays the Accredited banner of the National Home Watch Association. We have been vetted and approved by this organization to insure we are bonded and insured for your protection. We also subscribe to the NHWA’s Code of Ethics. Additionally, owner Domenico Guttadauro is an NHWA “Certified Home Watch Professional” and has completed his comprehensive home watch business training.
How often will you check my property?
We offer flexible scheduling options to meet your needs. Most clients choose either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. During hurricane season or extreme weather events, we can increase the frequency of checks as needed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, NestWatch is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and professional liability coverage to protect your property and our team. Copies of our insurance certificates are available upon request.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Vero Beach and surrounding communities in Indian River County, including Sebastian, Fellsmere, and Orchid. If you're outside our immediate service area, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and bank transfers. For ongoing service contracts, we offer automatic payment options for your convenience.
