Becoming an NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional means we have earned the designation of being among the elite in the Home Watch industry. Candidates are held to the highest qualifications and standards which ensures designees are truly deserving of the title of Certified Home Watch Professional.
In order to obtain and maintain the certification, candidates must:
- Be the company principal or an employee of a company in good standing in the NHWA and have practical Home Watch experience
- Pass the CHWP exam with a minimum score of 90%
- Complete the requisite continuing education (CE) credits every two years and pass a recertification exam with a score of 90% or higher.
